A fresh and simple Caesar Salad recipe with crisp romaine, tangy homemade dressing, crunchy croutons, and Parmesan cheese. Add chicken, bacon, or steak for a heartier meal.
For the Salad:

Make the Croutons:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Toss cubed bread with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway. Let cool.
Make the Dressing:
In a bowl, whisk together egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire, and anchovy paste.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified.
Season with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
Assemble the Salad:
In a large bowl, toss chopped or wedge romaine with dressing.
Top with Parmesan, croutons, and extra black pepper.
Serve immediately!
