Cover and let it sit for at least 30 minutes—overnight if you’ve got time. More time = more flavor. 6 Step 4: Simmer for Flavor 7 Place the pork and marinade into a saucepan. Add a little water if needed (just enough to barely cover the meat), and bring to a gentle boil. Lower the heat and simmer for about 25–30 minutes, until the pork is tender but not falling apart. 8 Step 5: Air Fry to Crispy Perfection 9 Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Remove the pork from the liquid and pat it dry (important for crisping!). 10 Place the pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
