Make the Croutons: 1 Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2 Toss cubed bread with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. 3 Spread on a baking tray and bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway. Let cool. Make the Dressing: 5 In a bowl, whisk together egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire, and anchovy paste. 6 Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until emulsified. 7 Season with salt, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
